South Sudan: WASH Insecurity Concentrated in High-Risk Counties

In South Sudan, 5 million people require WASH assistance, with severe gaps in access to safe water, sanitation, and hygiene services. Conflict, displacement, and climate shocks are converging in high-risk counties such as Uror and Koch, where fragile systems and limited funding continue to drive disease outbreaks and humanitarian needs.
